Health means having a sound body and mind. It is actually the stamina and a vigor state of both mind and body’s structure. Term health is derived from the word “hale” which means being well or wholeness. World Health Organization's (WHO's) definition of "health" is "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."
Generally there are two aspects of health definition are considered.
People consider physical health as having a healthy body through a balanced nutrition, proper rest and regular of physical exercise. People are now so aware of this term that whenever there is a discussion about health is going on they just relate it to the physical health Another expression of physical health is physical well being. Physical wellbeing is defined as something a person can attain by developing all health-related equipment of his/her lifestyle. Physical Wellness refers to respecting and looking after your body.
It is applying your awareness, inspiration, and skills towards personal fitness and health. It is producing healthy and constructive choices concerning a mixture of issues including nutrition, Physical exercise, sexuality, sleep, alcohol and drug usage, self-care, and the suitable use of health care systems. Fitness also shows a person's Cardio respiratory stamina, muscular potency, elasticity, and body composition. Physical health is further divided into two separate branches.
Structural health of a person shows that how much the body is structurally stable a strong which includes strong muscles organs and bones. Also things like BMI (body mass index) and heart rate determine the condition of structural health.
When the chemical levels in the body are correct a person is said to have a good chemical health, these chemicals include the right amount of nutrients and chemicals are present in tissues and the electrolyte balance of the body plus there should be no harmful and poisonous chemicals.
Nowadays we are all surrounded by artificial man-made chemicals which somehow are proving injurious to our health creating many dreadful diseases like cancer an asthma etc.
Mental health is defined as “a state of well-being in which every individual realizes his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.”
Emotional Wellness is determined to meet emotional needs fruitfully. It is the ability to react solidly to emotional conditions and the stream of life events. It wisely deals with a variety of situations and learning how your behaviors, thoughts, and feelings have an effect on one another and your decisions. It is taking accountability for your own performance and responding to confront as opportunities. A psychologically well person is self-aware and self-accepting while ongoing to develop as a person. Emotional wellness is the skill to shape mutually dependent relationships based on mutual dedication, faith, sincerity, and Respect.

Factors like where are we living, the kind of environment we are having, genetics and hereditary factors, financial issues, education level and our relationships with hour surrounding people like our family and friends deterrmine the condition of our health.
